Informative yet entertaining plenary sessions, thought-provoking debate and interactive workshops – the SFHA Property Maintenance Conference has them all! As the main repairs and maintenance event in Scotland, the conference will concentrate on the most up to date issues for maintenance staff and endeavour to inform, update and challenge delegates
Topics to be covered over the two days of the event include the Scottish Housing Quality Standard, climate change, procurement and sustainability as well as an opportunity to hear about the latest legislation updates affecting property management in housing.

The conference is also host to one of the largest housing exhibitions in the UK and for this year, we have a new, showcase exhibition area in the main arena. The conference will be held on Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 November 2010 at Fairmont St Andrews.
The Fairmont St Andrews overlooks the golden beaches and historic town. This hotel offers 209 well-appointed guestrooms and delegates can make use of the hotels extensive leisure facilities that include an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
