Tenant Scheme

Minimum sum insured starts at £6,000. For further information on how you can promote the SFHA Diamond scheme to your tenants or if you require hard copies of the prospectus and application, email: diamond@sfha.co.uk. If your Tenant has a general enquiry, please do not contact the SFHA direct, as the scheme is administered by our broker.  Please call 08456 718 172 and state that you are calling in respect of the SFHA Diamond scheme.

Staff Scheme

The SFHA is delighted to announce that the SFHA Diamond scheme is now available to staff of Housing Association’s, at the same premium and cover as the Tenants scheme.  The minimum sum insured starts at £9,000.  Please note that there are no hard copy applications for the staff scheme, you can download an application for the Staff scheme by clicking here and a rate card here.

If you have an enquiry about the Staff scheme, please do not contact the SFHA direct, as the scheme is administered by our broker.  Please call 08456 718 172 and state that you are calling in respect of the SFHA Diamond Staff scheme.

How to Apply:

1. The prospects application and rate card are only available as a download.  There are no hard copies.  You can download this information here
2. Complete the application form, making sure you answer all the questions.  Remember to tick the appropriate method of payment on the application form.
3. Check your total sum insured is adequate.
4. Supply any additional information required.
5. Read the declaration and sign at the bottom of the application form
6. For general enquiries and payment queries please call 08456 718 172. (For your protection calls may be recorded or monitored)
7. Post the completed application form to RSA, Direct Group Property Services, White Rose Way, Doncaster, DN4 5NU.

If the tenant joined the SFHA scheme up to and including 31 December 2008, then their policy has been transferred to the Jardine Lloyd Thomson’s ‘Crystal’ Scheme.
