Job of the Week - Executive Performance & Quality Officer - Viewpoint Housing Association

Viewpoint has created an innovative and ambitious strategy to develop our services over the coming years. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful Housing and Property Services Team.

Executive Performance & Quality Officer
Based in Edinburgh
Working 34.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
Rate of pay £26,500 per annum with generous holiday entitlement and a pension scheme

This new post will play a key role in the development of our Performance and Quality Monitoring systems enabling us to take up the opportunities provided by the new Scottish Housing Charter to improve our services and outcomes for our customers.

You must be confident and creative about involving our customers in setting and scrutinizing standards and setting up systems to facilitate this. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting our customers and our team to make improvements.

With excellent planning and organizational skills, you will be able to work accurately to meet deadlines under pressure and be proficient in the use of IT packages and data bases. With experience of working in busy and diverse environment, you will be numerate and flexible in your approach in order to adjust workload to meet changing priorities.

A PVG check will be necessary for the successful applicant. The £59 cost will be paid for by the successful applicant.
