Ore Valley Housing Association is a registered social landlord and charitable organisation, operating primarily in the central Fife area (Cardenden, Lochgelly & Lochore), however also has around 70 properties scattered throughout Fife, with 642 properties in total.

The Association wishes to conduct a comprehensive Tenant Satisfaction Survey of all tenants and we wish to appoint a consultant to deliver this.

SBHA is seeking tenderers for our Tenant Satisfaction Survey to be carried out this summer.  The Association currently has 5,570 tenancies. 

Tenderers should ensure compliance with the Scottish Housing Regulator's guidance on satisfaction surveys and current indicators.

The contract will be awarded in accordance with the criteria specified in the brief and companies must have experience of carrying out tenant satisfaction surveys with RSL's in Scotland.
