The SFHA has around 400 members, comprising of housing associations, housing co-operatives, local housing organisations (LHOs), not for profit organisations, local authorities and commercial companies. You can visit our members through our A-Z listing. Membership of the SFHA is corporate not personal and is not available to individuals.
If you are a staff or committee/board member of a housing association/co-operative, local housing organisation you will have full access to the website.
SFHA is a subscriber based organisation and does not have housing stock. You can become a member of the SFHA if your organisation falls into the following membership categories:
Affiliate Members, comprising of Housing Associations / Co-Operatives and Local Housing Organisations in Scotland. The SFHA's affiliate members provide homes and housing services to those in need.
Steering Group Membership is also available to those groups who are seeking to become a Housing Association or Co-Operative but have not yet achieved constitutional status.
Local Authorities: Through developments such as stock transfer and transfer of development funding means local authorities and registered social landlords (RSLs) require to work closely together.
Supporting Membership is available to voluntary, charitable or not for profit organisations interested in housing activities.
