About Us

132 housing associations and 59 Local Housing Organisations in Scotland are members of the SFHA, which was established in 1975. Commercial businesses involved or interested in the housing sector may also join as Commercial Members.

The SFHA is owned by its membership and exists to support the work of housing associations and co-operatives in Scotland by providing services, advice and good practice guidance.
