Bellsmyre Housing Association launches £5M improvement programme
Bellsmyre Housing Association is delighted to announce the commencement of a comprehensive £5 million housing improvement programme.
Over the summer months, Bellsmyre Housing Association sought the views of tenants and factored owners on proposals that would inform a large scale housing improvement programme. Following the consultation, Bellsmyre developed a comprehensive and wide ranging programme that includes new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, heating systems, door entry systems, paint work and environmental improvements.
Diane Williamson, Chairperson of Bellsmyre Housing Association, said:
“It’s fantastic we are in a position to start the delivery of this substantial improvement programme. We have developed an investment programme that will make a significant difference to the people of Bellsmyre as we fulfil our commitments to modernise homes and improve the environment.
“We have bold and ambitious plans for Bellsmyre which will be supported through this considerable increase in investment.”
