SFHA to represent members at Scottish party conferences

The SFHA is taking the concerns of members on the road over the coming weeks by exhibiting at each of the political party conferences. 

This weekend sees SFHA exhibit at the Scottish Labour Party conference in Perth from today (Friday) until Sunday.

Staff are on hand to meet with MSPs and delegates and update them on the federation’s work in relation to issues such as welfare reform, proposed extension of Freedom of Information, ONS reclassification, the 50,000 affordable homes target, the Planning Bill, energy efficiency, and health and social care integration.

The coming weeks will also see the SFHA exhibit at the Scottish Conservative, Scottish Liberal Democrats, Scottish Greens, and SNP conferences.

Members are invited to tweet their local MSPs, urging them to visit the SFHA at stall 11 to find out more about its work on behalf of members.
