The new homes at Reema Road are designed to be highly energy efficient and incorporate net zero heating systems, helping reduce carbon emissions and alleviate fuel poverty.
This visit was an opportunity to view the development as it nears completion with the £9 million affordable housing development due to complete in Spring 2024, with customers moving into their new homes soon after.
The new properties are set in the grounds of Eildon’s extra care development, Poynder Apartments.
