Owing to continued growth in membership, we wish to take on associates and/or staff to promote HouseMark and deliver services to our customers in Scotland. This could be on a full-time or part-time basis.

You must live in the central belt of Scotland and have a track record at senior level in social housing in Scotland - a background in the Scottish local authority sector may be helpful.

You must be well-connected and knowledgeable about the Scottish housing scene; have excellent communication and presentation skills and possess commercial acumen. You will need to be prepared to travel throughout Scotland.

Following a recent re-structuring of our Staff Team, Angus Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled individual to finalise our Property Management Team.

The new postholder will be responsible for day to day management of around 500 properties and will be based in our Dundee Office.

The person we are looking for should have several years' experience of working in the construction sector, of which, some should have involved site supervision or quality control.
