		Maureen Watson, Policy Director Maureen is the Director of the SFHA's Policy Team. She plans and co-ordinates the work of the Policy team. 		Andy Young, Policy Manager Andy is the lead officer for Housing Management policy issues and is responsible for developing the SFHA's membership strategy. 		David Ogilvie, Policy Manager David is the lead officer for the following policy areas: Homelessness and Tenancy Sustainment, including Housing Benefit and Welfare Reform Homelessness Prevention Supported Accommodation Financial Inclusion Health and Housing COSLA 2012 Steering Group.
