The SFHA has fully updated its original Right to Buy Manual to take in the many changes in the 2001 Act and also to make the manual relevant to local authorities as well as to housing associations. The manual is a reference document for staff, for use where issues arise with right to buy applications or during the sales procedure.

Please note that this document does not reflect the changes made by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010.
