Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a qualified and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, the ability to demonstrate leadership and a commitment to enable Castlehill to provide high quality services for all our stakeholders.

The Director of Finance and Corporate services has a key role within our Senior Management Team, as well as managing the Finance and Corporate Services staff team and ensuring effective delivery of services. In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Advising on and delivering effective strategic and operational management of Finance and Corporate Services functions.
• Ensuring the financial viability of the Association by effective and proper management of finances, operational activities and preparation of financial forecasts and plans.
• Overseeing financial and corporate support to the Association’s subsidiaries – Castlehill Solutions Ltd and Grampian Community Care Charitable Trust
• Reporting to the Management Committee, Finance and Audit Sub Committees, ensuring proper scrutiny and good governance of the Association’s finance and corporate functions.
