The purpose of the role is to drive Business Improvement projects across Blackwood to deliver key projects, to maintain and develop our Performance Management Framework, ensuring alignment with our Strategy, Business Plan and Risk Management System and to lead and develop all Information requirements for Blackwood, including all legislative / statutory changes.
We are looking for someone who can work with our Executive Management Team to drive the highest level of performance, stopping at nothing to ensure we are continually improving for our customers and ready to bring new ideas to the table. With a strong focus on the use project management and business improvement tools and techniques, the successful candidate will have experience in leading business improvement projects and can flexibly organise and prioritise workloads.
With a good external focus, you will also assist in developing our Information Management function, being able to research and develop our knowledge of what is happening in both the Housing and Care Sectors, both from a legislative and statutory perspective. This will require networking with partner and peer organisations alike, as well as staying close the political environment.
Our Business Improvement Manager will support our Head of Business Services with a confident and proactive outlook and excellent team management skills. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and will bring a dynamic and innovative approach to the role, supporting us to maintain our outstanding reputation within the care and housing sector.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Standard Disclosure Check. As the role involves an element of travelling within our regions, we will require applicants to have a driver’s licence.
