£23,904 - £26,566 (EVH Grade PA13 to PA16) pay award pending

Knowes Housing Association is a successful and high performing organisation with an annual turnover of £4m. We own and manage over 1,000 homes in the Faifley and Duntocher areas of Clydebank. We also provide factoring services to 600 homeowners.
Knowes is accredited IiP gold, Carer Positive and Customer Service Excellence.
Working for four days per week within the Finance Department and one day in Repairs Department you will support the organisation, providing financial, customer and administrative assistance across the whole range of its tasks in the day to day running of Knowes HA finances and customer services.
You will be enthusiastic, highly numerate and organised, and possess excellent communication and IT skills. You will have a good knowledge of accounting/book keeping and preferably have a HND (or equivalent) qualification in this area. Experience of purchase ledger processing, cash receipting and bank reconciliations is also desirable, as is experience of working in an office environment. You should also have experience of using spreadsheets.
