Salary: £61,527 - £67,926 (Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience)
35 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Loreburn H A is a registered charity established in 1982 operating across the Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland. We own and manage over 2,500 properties across Dumfries & Galloway, offering a wide variety of accommodation and services to suit a range of needs. Our vision is to Create Great Places

Director of Housing Services is a newly created role with responsibility for driving and embedding an exceptional customer experience. The Director of Housing Services will ensure customers views and the services they want us to create are at the heart of business decisions. We are looking for someone who is recognised as a committed and inspiring leader who can motivate staff to create an exceptional customer experience in a cost-efficient way. Most excitingly you, and the team you lead, will have the freedom to create and shape services that make a real and lasting difference to the lives of lots of people.
