Job Description

West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) strives to be more than just a landlord. With over 50 years of history, what sets us apart is the way in which we go further to improve the lives of our tenants, innovatively responding to their needs as their lives change. We provide around 3,500 homes across the West of Scotland and go further to provide housing you can call home.

Our current programme will deliver a further 400 homes by 2021. This will also include around 100 mid market rent properties, a new tenure for the Association.

As Development Manager, you will lead and take overall responsibility for the delivery of the Development Programme as well as securing partners’ support for pipeline opportunities. You will set, achieve and be accountable for team management and performance targets. You will bring a level of experience and know-how that the Association would benefit from.  You will have strong negotiation and proven leadership skills, along with astute analytical and problem solving expertise.

In return we offer a friendly, inclusive environment and a good remuneration package with 40 days holiday and flexi-time system.
