An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Support Assistant to provide support to Link’s ICT&D Services team. This is a key role that will assist the Head of ICTD and Manager of ICTD to administer, plan and support key meetings including internal meetings, sponsorships meeting and Governance and Board meetings. The post holder will deliver a range of routine administrative duties, including but not limited to, diary management, meeting and webinar and conference call organisation, minute taking, and preparation of papers and reports.
The successful candidate will compile project updates and progress reports in Word, Excel, PowerPoint including the creation of templates where appropriate and will develop and maintain the ICTD team document library. They will also ensure the agreed project management methods and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, applying the PRINCE2 project management method

We are looking for a highly-motivated, self-starter who can work efficiently on their own and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have:
Excellent time management and people co-ordination skills and will be able to plan, organise and prioritise both their own and others’ workloads so that all deadlines and targets are achieved.
Experience in providing administrative support to projects.
An ability to compile project updates and progress reports in Word, Excel, PowerPoint including the creation of templates where appropriate.
A high standard of IT skills including use of Microsoft Office 365 including features such as Skype for Business, One Note and One Drive.
An ability to analyse data and survey responses including extraction of data from Excel and Survey Monkey to compile reports, tables and charts.
An ability to manage a project inbox and frequently asked questions – coordinating responses for staff.
