JOB ROLE: PSL Core Administrator
SALARY: £21,614 to £26,417 PER ANNUM [DEPENDENT ON SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
CONTRACT TYPE: Open Ended.
Link Housing Association deliver the city of Edinburgh Council's Private Sector Leasing Scheme (PSL). PSL deliver this service to over 1,100 landlords with approximately 1,500 properties and tenancies. The leased properties are utilised by the council to provide intermediate temporary accommodation.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our core administration team. This role is essential in delivering a high quality service to meet targets set by and to monitor customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have experience in accurate administration and proven communication skills in a housing environment.
The post holder will need to prioritise their workload to achieve tasks within timescale and to a high quality. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of a housing management environment.
You will need:
- Pass at SCE Higher (or equivalent) in English language
- Knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities
- Understanding of housing management issues.
- Proven accuracy and effectiveness in an administration role
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a relevant customer service environment
