Cunninghame Housing Association is the first Housing Association in Scotland (with more than 50 employees) to be awarded Investors in People Platinum, Investors in Young People Gold Accreditation and Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award. With more than 2,500 properties in North and East Ayrshire the Association plans to build circa 500 plus houses within the North, East and South areas over the next 5 years. The Association aims to achieve excellence in service delivery to its customers and we are now seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our Finance & Corporate Services Department.

GRADE: 3 (PA5 – PA8)
SALARY: £17,338 - £19,947
35 HOURS PER WEEK

Job Description


Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, the post holder would ideally possess a recognised IT/ICT Qualification and have recent experience of working in an ICT support environment. This ICT Trainee position will provide first line technical support to internal staff across the business and will possess excellent hardware and software fault finding skills. The successful candidate will be interested in developing a career in ICT support, show excellent customer service skills and an aptitude for learning a variety of applications and systems. Some experience / knowledge of website administration will be advantageous. There is also a range of administration support duties within this role (A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable for this post).
