Job Description

We’re also looking for Housing Officers. This is a generic position with the team and the role includes; arrears management, void & letting management, estate management including anti-social complaints.  You will be actively involved in our community engagement work and support our communities to meet their aspirations. 

All post-holders will meet the competency levels expected of all Queens Cross staff which have an emphasis on attitude, behaviours’ and a customer first approach, and whilst not essential, we would welcome candidates who can speak a second language.
