EVH Grade 7 PA22 – PA25
35 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Oak Tree Housing Association is a successful community based Association, owning and managing 1737 rented homes and providing services for over 1,000 home owners in Inverclyde.
The Association is now recruiting for a highly motivated and committed individual, to help us continue to meet our service and performance objectives.
The Maintenance Officer will play a key part in delivering the Association’s maintenance service to our customers. Duties include, but not restricted to, instructing, managing and monitoring repair and planned maintenance work, pre and post repair inspections, void inspections, authorising maintenance invoices, tenant participation & customer satisfaction and estate inspections.
Candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate (ideally in Microsoft Packages) and have well developed skills to enable the delivery of high quality services to our customers.
A formal qualification in a building/construction related discipline or a relevant trade background, is desirable.
