Full Time Permanent – 35 Hours per Week
Monday - Friday
Grade 8 Salary Range £37,568 pa – £46,960
Plus car allowance and other benefits
25 days holiday per annum rising to 30 days after 5 years plus 12 public/local holidays per annum.
Pension Scheme (Auto Enrolment) - A Pension Scheme operated by the Pensions Trust SHAPS.
Essential Car User Allowance.

We have a new appointment for an Asset Manager who will be highly motivated and committed to the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy here at Berwickshire Housing Association.

Reporting directly to the Property Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy outputs, contributing to the development of plans to deliver the Association’s Asset objectives and be responsible for managing the delivery services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and best value.
You will lead the Property Teams in delivering the Asset Management Services – repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance to agreed standards in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements and setting and effectively managing and monitoring approved budgets.
You will work closely with colleagues in Customer Services, Development, Corporate and Finance to ensure that a cohesive customer service is delivered to the highest standards and within budgetary controls within your area of responsibility.
Develop and manage an effective Property Team to ensure the team’s organisational and personal objectives, ensuring that they have the capacity and capability to achieve these.
