Job Description

Viewpoint is an organisation driven by its values and what we can do to make the lives of our residents and tenants better and more joyful. Our Housing and Support Service provides a comprehensive housing management service to over 1,300 tenants in social housing for older people and in a small number of mainstream homes in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. The services include arrears control, welfare benefits advice, voids, lettings and general tenancy management. 

We are now seeking a highly motivated Housing Advisor, who has or is working towards SVQ 3 or equivalent in housing or a related area, to be part of our Neighbourhood teams delivering high quality customer focused housing services. You must put our customers at the heart of everything, taking personal pride and responsibility for delivering great outcomes for them and for our business. If you have the desire and drive to achieve creative solutions then this role is for you.
