Job Description

Trust is a housing, care and support organisation with quality, commitment and people at its core and is looking for a new Director of Asset Management to join the Executive Team.

The organisation and its people are customer focussed, delivering value for money and developing innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. As an Investor in People Gold organisation and a Leader in Diversity, Trust is also committed to empowering and supporting its people.

Ambitious in its growth plans, Trust has successfully completed a transfer of engagements with Wishaw & District Housing, growing the business by 40%, and is well underway with its new build programme. The Association now owns and manages over 3,600 homes across Scotland.

The new Director will develop and implement the strategy for new build homes and investment in existing stock, whilst creating exceptional customer and employee experiences. The role will also be responsible for asset management and sustainability, driving efficiencies and improvements in all property related functions whilst contributing to the overall business strategy and governance at executive level. The post holder will be the lead on Trust HA’s climate & green agenda.
