Salary and Employment Details

• Location: Scotland (Office locations: Inverness, Irvine, Bellshill, Edinburgh & Thurso). Plus home working.
• Temporary for 18 months
• Full-time (34.5 hours per week)
• The salary grading for this post is £37,606 - £47,008 (Grade 7), maximum entry point is £41,367 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. (We are currently conducting a salary review therefore, this may be subject to change)

Job Description

Cairn Housing Group is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the following exciting role within our organisation.

You will be responsible for the preparation, project management and early delivery phases of two key strategic/constitutional change projects to support the continued growth of the Cairn Housing Group.

The Strategic Projects Manager will work with the Executive team to help deliver the Group’s business objectives for these projects and other relevant actions within the Business Plan. You will have experience of project management at a strategic and operational level. Knowledge and understanding of the Scottish Housing sector and governance arrangements is desirable.
