Job Description

Cadder Housing Association is at the heart of the local community. Following a period of significant internal change, we are looking for an inspirational new Director who can work alongside our dedicated and passionate Management Committee to deliver sustained improvements to the services we deliver to our customers and to help us achieve our vision.

We have an ambitious business plan to take us into 2022 as we concentrate our efforts on improving the lives of our community following the unprecedented challenges experienced during 2020.  We are refocussing on our core business, putting housing first and increasing the capacity and flexibility of our asset management function through partnership working with newly appointed contractors.  We are also re-defining our wider impact through developing new initiatives in our modern Community Centre which we opened in 2016.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with significant experience in social housing and a real desire to embrace the principles of this progressive community-based landlord. We believe our vision will be achieved by our new Director demonstrating highly developed people skills - inspiring our staff, engaging meaningfully with our customers, progressing our business improvement function and ensuring the Association focusses on putting the customer front and centre in all that we do. In turn, this will deliver Cadder’s values and strategic aims through achieving our mission which is delivering quality and affordable homes and changing the lives of Cadder’s people.

If you feel you have the necessary skills, experience, passion and drive to help Cadder deliver to its full potential, we want to hear from you.
