This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to take a key role in delivering our challenging asset management strategy and playing a full role within the Senior Management Team. You will be passionate over the opportunity to help us create great places for people to live, and will also be able to demonstrate:
• Tertiary level education, or relevant experience including, preferably, a suitable professional qualification
• Significant senior level experience with a property/asset management role
• Sound leadership, technical and financial management skills
• Experience in sourcing and procuring investment and development opportunities.
The post is responsible to the Chief Executive with responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction and operational management of customer-focused, high-quality property services. Develop and deliver our Asset Management Strategy, ensure value for money in procurement and delivery of works. Lead on procurement for Linstone, manage and develop the in-house Estates Team and lead the Property Services Team to offer a rounded and all-encompassing service to tenants and customers. Manage our development service provided through a Service Level Agreement and lead on health and safety for Linstone.
Interviewees will be tested sometime after 8 February, and interviews will then be conducted on either of Friday 19 or Saturday 20 February.
