Job Description

Link is looking for an experienced Repairs and Compliance Administrator to join the PSL (Private Sector Leasing) team.  This role is essential in delivering a high quality repairs and compliance service to meet contractual obligations and to monitor customer satisfaction.

Link Housing Association deliver the city of Edinburgh Council’s Private Sector Leasing Scheme (PSL). PSL deliver this service to over 1,100 landlords with approximately 1,500 properties and tenancies.  The leased properties are utilised by the council to provide intermediate temporary accommodation.

The Repairs and Compliance Administrator will be the first point of contact for repair and compliance enquiries including engaging with landlords, contractors and tenants, to ensure the repair is completed to a satisfactory standard.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in accurate administration and proven communication skills in a housing environment. 

It is essential that you have knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities. This role requires you to have previous administration experience within a fast paced office environment and previous experience of working with Housing Management Systems is also required.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel is also an essential requirement of this role.
