Job Description

Almond Housing Association is a registered Scottish Charity based in Livingston, serving tenants and owners throughout the West Lothian area.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Reactive Repairs team to deliver a first-class reactive repair and void management service to our 2,500 tenants.

To be successful, candidates must have worked in a similar role within a target focussed environment and have proven experience and skills in the following areas:

• identifying building defects.
• issuing repairs, monitoring works, and post inspecting repairs undertaken.
• providing technical assistance and guidance to colleagues.
• interpreting and complying with Regulatory requirements.
• void management.
• contractor management.
• working to targets in a fast-moving work environment.
