Trust Housing Association has a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager (Landlord).
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and effective Manager, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, to lead a geographically dispersed team of Customer Experience Partners. With a proven track record of leading and inspiring you will have responsibility for delivering our new and exciting strategy, The Time Is Now.
With a good working knowledge of the housing sector you will be required to demonstrate excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills and have excellent computer literacy skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications.
