Hours of work: 35 hours core week
Leave entitlement: Standard 32 days + 8 public/general holidays
Salary payment: Monthly by bank transfer

To support our ambitions for growth and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for an Asset Management Officer to join our Asset Management Team and assist with the delivery of a comprehensive tenant and customer-focused, value for money service, in accordance with the Group’s vision, aims, policies and procedures.
Applicants should also embody our brand values by being consistently accountable, firm but fair, open and honest and versatile.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, or with suitable experience in an Asset Management environment, the successful candidate will be forward-thinking, highly organised and self-motivated with an eye on future initiatives and legislative changes. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and practical experience of:
- Working within a property management and/or maintenance and housing environment.
- Working with contractors and managing maintenance contracts.
- Managing, interrogating and interpreting system data
- Tendering and procurement, ideally with experience of using Public Contracts Scotland
Experience in the Social Housing Sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
