Job Description

We have an asset base of over 3,600 homes across 23 of Scotland’s 32 local authority areas and we currently provide factoring services to a further 400 homes. The majority of our homes are tailored to the over 60’s but we have an increasing number of homes for all ages and housing needs. In 2019 we successfully completed a transfer of engagements with Wishaw & District Housing Association, growing our asset base by 40% and have plans to deliver 300 new build homes over the next three years.

We are looking for a new Reactive Repairs & Property Maintenance Manager to join our Team. The postholder will play a key role in delivering a high performing repairs, void property and cyclical maintenance service, while supporting the development and implementation of our new Asset & Development Strategy.

Key to the post will be the ability to deliver a customer focused repairs service, while seeking to deliver efficiencies and continuous improvement which benefit both customers and colleagues.

2022 will be a very exciting time to join Trust as we continue to implement our new corporate strategy ‘The Time is Now’ which has a strong focus on transformation, growth and the green agenda. We have strong foundations in place as we ready ourselves to meet the housing, health, economic, technological and climate challenges and opportunities of our time.
