Job Description

Cunninghame Housing Association is the first Housing Association in Scotland (with more than 50 employees) to be awarded Investors in People Platinum, Investors in Young People Gold Accreditation and Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award. We have more than 3,000 properties in North and East Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway and an ambitious development programme of more than 1,000 units over the next 5 years. We aim to achieve excellence in service delivery to our customers and we are now seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our Housing and Property Services Department in Dumfries & Galloway.

Reporting to the Dumfries & Galloway Housing Area Team Leader, you will be a highly motivated person and team player with a positive attitude and excellent skills in communication and customer care. You will provide a professional, effective, and efficient front-line administration support service to the Area Team Leader and the Team that will help ensure that we deliver a consistent, effective and high quality service to our tenants and residents within Dumfries & Galloway.

The successful candidate must have experience in using Microsoft Packages and have an organised approach to work with the ability to keep accurate records and work within agreed frameworks and timescales. It would be advantageous if you are currently working towards or willing to undertake a Chartered Institute of Housing professional qualification and have experience of working in a similar environment.
