Job Description

We are looking to recruit a highly customer focussed Assistant Housing Officer with exceptional communication and organisational skills who is able to operate effectively within a strong performance culture to deliver excellent performance results and customer care.

You will play a key part in the delivery of housing services across a range of activities including rent arrears, factoring, allocations, repairs / maintenance as well as voids, tenancy and estates management

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant proven experience, be self-motivated, keen to learn and seek out knowledge, have excellent interpersonal / communication skills, good computer literacy (ideally in Microsoft packages) and must have well developed accuracy and analytical skills to enable the delivery of high-quality services for our customers. A positive “can do” attitude is also essential for this role.
