Role: Permanent Technical Services Assistant
Grade: EVH grade 6, spinal point 17
Salary: £29,946.00; 25 days annual leave, 15 public holidays and contributory pension scheme.
Where: Based in our offices at 39 North Vennel, Lanark, ML11 7PT. We are committed to providing a sustainable work-life balance for our staff while meeting the needs of the business. A mixture of home and office working will be encouraged.
Hours: 9-5 Monday-Thursday, 9-4 Friday = Full time, 35 hours per week

Role: Corporate Services Assistant (CHA Community Hub)
Grade: EVH Grade 5, spinal point 13
Salary/Benefits: £26,071. 25 days annual leave, 15 public holidays and contributory pension scheme.
Where: Based in our offices at 39 North Vennel, Lanark, ML11 7PT. We are committed to providing a sustainable work-life balance for our staff while meeting the needs of the business. A mixture of home and office working will be encouraged.
Hours: 9-5 Monday–Thursday, 9-4 Friday = Full-time - 35 hours per week.
Occasional evening and weekend working.

Job Description
Permanent Technical Services Assistant
Are you customer focussed with good attention to detail? Are you looking to enhance your administration skills with a new challenge in Social Housing? If so, our Technical Services Assistant role could be for you!

You will be working alongside our experienced team of Technical Services Officers, supporting them on a day to day to basis whilst learning new skills and enhancing your knowledge in Social Housing. If you like to work in a fast moving and reactive environment with a varied workload and have excellent customer care and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
You will provide assistance with the running of Clydesdale HA’s Technical Services Department, including;
- being the first point of contact for our tenants;
- logging and processing reactive repairs, including void property repairs;
- monitoring contractor’s performance to ensure our targets are met and our tenants receive the best possible service;
- Assist with all the administration of our factoring service to our owners;
- Supporting our tenants with our planned and cyclical maintenance contracts;
- General administrative support required in respect of the Technical Services Department
A competence in using IT packages will be required and you should be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be a confident communicator, have good organisational skills with the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines and reacting to the needs of our tenants on a daily basis.
The post holder will be expected to meet the competency levels expected of all Clydesdale HA staff with a particular emphasis on attitude, behaviours and a people focus.
Corporate Services Assistant (CHA Community Hub)

You will support the delivery of the Clydesdale Community Hub, including:
- maximising the use of the Hub by community groups and agencies;
- working with key stakeholders to deliver our intended outcomes;
- establishing and maintaining a performance measurement system for the Community Hub;
