About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting to the post of New Build and Remodelling Manager. This role presents a unique opportunity for the right candidate to deliver the new development and remodelling programme in line with Hanover’s corporate strategy and the Asset Management and Sustainability strategy.
In this role you will provide support to the Director of Asset Management and contribute to the Hanover’s Strategic objectives ensuring effective governance and management of risk. You will also have a key role in shaping the organisation Hanover wants to be over the next 5 years and beyond particularly in shaping our new build and remodelling programmes.
You will join a relatively new management team in Asset Management and so we are looking for someone that has a strong collaborative ethic, is a good communicator, has extensive technical skills in this area and most of all, is passionate about service delivery. You will act as a role model, encouraging all employees to deliver a high-quality service, to give their best and demonstrate the Association’s values.
This is a fixed term position for 24 months and involves working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your office base will the Edinburgh or Glasgow office, but we are moving to a hybrid working model and so there will be opportunities for home working.
