About the Role
Working Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be customer focussed and truly value collaborative working.
You will Manage, develop and motivate the HR Admin Assistants and mentor the HRBPs in order to deliver an excellent service aligned to business requirements, future aspirations and direction of Hanover.
The Key requirements for this role include:
- Supporting the Head of HR & OD by inputting into strategies after identifying future business needs and direction through Business Partnership meetings to support continuous improvement, effectiveness, and organisational success.
- Advising and guiding managers who conduct formal processes across Hanover, during investigations, disciplinaries and appeals to ensure an impartial, prompt and confidential approach is taken and fair outcomes are delivered, in line with employment legislation, best practice, and HR policies and procedures.
- Leading the HR Admin team and mentoring the People Partners by providing direction and support on the entire employee lifecycle, including resourcing and on-boarding, employee development and employee relations.
- Developing and maintaining strong working partnerships to be able to advise, coach and support Senior Management in the development and engagement of their people, provide expert advice on relevant policies, procedures, and legislation, to support the business aims and objectives.
- Creating, developing, and producing reports and reporting dashboards in order to provide statistics to SMT and Board on monthly KPIs, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and put in place / recommend solutions to Head of HR OD (against benchmarks/goals), to improve future performance and reduce risk to the business.
- Implementing and developing HR systems to ensure they are fit for current and future purpose, support staff and are in line with legislation.
