We are looking for a new part time HR Officer who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Director of Corporate Services
You will assist in managing the day to day HR and Learning and Development functions provided to West of Scotland Housing Association & Willowacre Trust
You should:
• Have a customer centred approach and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to liaise effectively with staff and build partnerships externally and across teams
• Have good conflict resolution skills, able to support and liaise with customers with diplomacy and tact
• Have excellent organisational and administrative skills, able to work on own initiative, manage a varied busy workload and meet competing deadlines
• Have strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software – Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and the ability to pick up new IT technology quickly
