Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Description

The Role
Cloch’s vision is to deliver services which exceed customer expectations. The focus of the role of the Assistant Housing Officer will be to allocate void properties, maximise rental income, deal with anti-social behaviour and estate management inspections, encourage tenant participation and provide tenancy support to assist with tenancy sustainment. The Assistant Housing Officer will also provide support to the Housing Officers and contribute to the smooth running of the team covering all aspects of the service.
