Scottish Borders Housing Association is the largest housing association in the Scottish Borders, providing over 5,500 quality homes.
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead the First Contact Resolution team based in our Head Offices in Selkirk.
Responsible for assisting and supporting the Customer Services Manager in the operation of Customer Services. The Team Leader will manage a team of 16 Customer Services Advisors to deliver excellent customer service and efficient administrative processes that achieve high levels of tenant and customer satisfaction.
Salary £29,404 to £32,669
This role will involve:
- Guiding the team to provide housing advice and respond to customer enquiries on housing options, rent payments and arrangements, tenancy, service and repair requests.
- Leading, managing and developing the team and prioritising their workload, ensuring that targets and deadlines are met.
- Setting and reinforcing high levels of customer service across the organisation.
We are looking for a highly organised leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who will drive customer excellence and support the team to deliver first time resolution for customers. This individual will help deliver long-term customer satisfaction by shaping and promoting a culture in which the ownership of and responsibility to deliver solutions is embedded.
You will have had experience of working within a fast paced and complex customer service environment. Managing and supervising successful teams, with a proven track record on delivering high quality performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
