Job Description

The Repairs team play a vital role in ensuring excellent service for our customers – this means a reactive repairs function that is fast, effective and right first time.

We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to manage our small but highly-skilled team of repairs advisers. You will lead the team to ensure that our frontline reactive repairs function, managed within the Customer Service Centre, operates in line with our service quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to progress their career in housing repairs. A multi-faceted role, you will work across our teams, demonstrating your excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience of supervising a team would be desirable but we would also be willing to develop the people management skills of the right candidate.

Based in our Edinburgh office, this is a full time role for up to 12 months (maternity cover), eligible for flexi leave as well as 32 days of annual leave and a choice of two pension schemes. Some travel around Scotland will be required.
