Regulatory Standards of Governance and Financial Management Scottish Social Housing Charter Baseline Assessments
Glasgow | Cernach Housing Association and Drumchapel Housing Co-operative
23rd October 2017, at
Cernach Housing Association and Drumchapel Housing Co-operative are considering the joint appointment of a consultant to carry out baseline assessments to test compliance with the:
Regulatory Standards of Governance and Financial Management and
Scottish Social Housing Charter.
Cernach has in place an established method of assessing compliance with both documents, and this involves independent validation every three to four years with interim assessments being done annually in-house; Drumchapel has just begun to consider its approach to compliance assessment. The starting point will therefore differ between the two organisations, but the outcomes will be up-to-date baseline assessments conducted using a similar approach with outputs in a similar format. The findings and recommendations will be reported on separately, with distinct reports for each organisation.
We would like to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultants and would ask you to contact Caroline Shepherd (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com) by Friday 23 October 2017 in the first instance.
We anticipate the work being carried out during March and April 2018.
