Bi Annual Salary Benchmarking

Argyll Community Housing Association Ltd wishes to engage a pay and reward consultant / specialist, to carry out a bi annual pay benchmarking exercise. It is envisaged that the contract will be awarded for an initial period of 1 year with the possibility, by mutual agreement, of extending the contract by up to a further 3 years.
The anticipated date of appointment is 15th October 2018.
Interested bidders should have the capacity to carry out a review to assess how current levels of pay and allowances compare to, firstly our peer group of 11 Housing Association workforces across Scotland, and also the desired median benchmark levels, based on Scottish median rates. (This will also include our repairs and maintenance subsidiary staff trades rates of pay per trade.)
The successful bidder will require to comply with the standards and guidelines produced by the Scottish Housing Regulator, and have experience/track record of delivering pay benchmarking services in the housing sector.
The closing date for receipt of tenders is 1300 hours on Friday 28th September 2018
The review is to be reported back by attendance at a Remuneration Committee in Inveraray, Argyll on Thursday 13th December 2018.
