The Role
This is a broad, high-impact leadership position. You will:
• Lead and continually strengthen Waverley’s governance and assurance frameworks, ensuring full compliance with the Scottish Housing Regulator’s standards.
• Act as our Data Protection Officer and provide oversight of information governance, health & safety assurance, and business continuity.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, embedding project and change disciplines that deliver tangible benefits for tenants and staff.
• Lead corporate performance reporting and statutory returns, ensuring insight, accuracy, and transparency.

• Strategic leadership experience and an ability to influence at Board and senior level.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and risk management.
