The next HR & People forum for SFHA members will take place on 26 May. 

This forum will be facilitated by Stephanie Harper of Change HR Ltd on behalf of SFHA 

The topic for this forum will be: Effective management in a hybrid world.

Equipping our managers with the skills, knowledge and behaviours has always been a key area of investment for organisations. The hybrid way in which many of us are working now has created a unique opportunity for us to reflect on what we need to keep, lose and improve to ensure our managers feel confident in navigating the wants and needs of their employees as well as that of the organisation. 

This session will explore recent thinking about what is important for now, how that will evolve for the future and will discuss how, as HR practitioners, we can translate that into practical application for our organisations.
