Making the hybrid working model work for your organisation

14 and 15 June 2022, Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow

Posted In

The pandemic caused a seismic shift in working practices, with home working and the digitisation of services. As organisations move to hybrid working models, centred around increased flexibility for their employees, will social landlords continue to see fewer in-person interactions with their tenants and customers?

We have tasked the students from Strathclyde University Strategic Consulting in Practice Class to consider how housing associations and co-operatives can meet the twin challenges of delivering virtual services that meet tenants’ expectations whilst ensuring staff have the opportunity to learn and develop professionally.

Our Annual Conference provides an opportunity for sector leaders, and senior staff, to hear from experts, gain skills, and exchange ideas to prepare for, and shape, the future of housing in Scotland. As well as discussing post-Covid working practices, our conference has sessions on:

  • Are we building the right homes in the right places?

  • What are the future financing arrangements that will allow us to build and respond to the challenges of existing homes?

  • What do successful places and communities look like post-Covid?

  • Tackling poverty and inequality

  • Is Scotland ready to tackle climate change?
