SFHA Social Security and Financial Wellbeing Survey: Closing 27 May

In April, we launched a new quarterly Social Security and Financial Wellbeing Survey as an update to the previous Universal Credit Survey. The information gathered through the survey will play a vital role in informing our conversations with the DWP and our wider lobbying activities, including engagement with civil servants, and elected politicians in Holyrood and Westminster, on poverty and social security issues.

Some SFHA members reported that they found the previous survey results useful for benchmarking purposes and there is value in being able to compare the experiences of individual organisations with the rest of the sector. The more respondents we have, the more useful these comparisons will be and the better we can represent our members' views and interests, so we're encouraging all of our members to take part.

How do I access the new survey?

The first SFHA Social Security and Financial Wellbeing Survey will cover the January to March 2022 period and can be accessed here.

We would be grateful if responses could be completed by Friday 27 May 2022.

Going forward, the quarterly surveys will be issued by email, so if you were not on the previous Universal Credit survey mailing list, but would like to be added, please click here to sign up.
