SFHA Self-Assurance Toolkit - update April 2024
An update to the SFHA Self Assurance Toolkit is now available. SFHA commissioned consultant, Linda Ewart - who originally developed the toolkit on our behalf - to refresh the document.
The toolkit has been developed in partnership with the SHR, ALACHO and GWSF and looks at the questions governing bodies should be asking to assure themselves of regulatory compliance.
The revisions to the toolkit reflect the recent update to Scottish Housing Regulator's Regulatory Framework, as well as experience of using the toolkit in practice.
The updated toolkit - both as a PDF and a Word document - is included in the downloads section to the right of this article alongside:
- a tracked changes version of the document highlighting all of the revisions; and
- an at a glance table summarising the key tracked changes
