Delegates Highlight Priorities for Governance Tool Kit
At the SFHA Annual Conference, a workshop on the forthcoming Governance Tool Kit gave members an opportunity to find out what is currently planned, and identify priorities.
SFHA asked delegates to identify the priorities that they would like to see, before presenting them with what it was proposing to see how these matched up. SFHA were pleased that there was a great deal of overlap in the areas highlighted - and that delegates engaged so fully with the workshop.
SFHA outlined a preliminary timetable for each of the strands of work contained in the Tool Kit, and will discuss this, and the feedback received at the session, with those who have volunteered to be a part of our Working Group of members to feed into the production of this work.
